Recommendation for Srđan Miš

Srđan and I were Senior Software Engineers on the same team at FieldFlō. He owned parts of the portal we worked on and led development of several features, including Semantic Search. He started from what the client needed and how the architecture worked, chose what to add and remove to keep it fast, and delivered it to the requirements and on deadline. His code reviews were real advice, never complaints. He answered quickly, stayed calm under pressure, and always made time to help new colleagues. Experienced, approachable and a great teammate. I recommend him for any senior backend or lead role.
