Recommendation for Dušan Marić

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to recommend Dušan Marić, whom I worked alongside at FieldFlō from February to October 2026. We were both Senior Software Engineers, on different teams, and our work overlapped from time to time, which gave me a clear view of how he works and what he is like to work with.

In his last two months at FieldFlō, Dušan worked with another lead on modernizing the architecture of the whole project. He did a large share of that work and made big advances in the quality of the project's code in a short time. Work at that scale improves things for every engineer on the project, not only for one team.

Dušan is also a genuinely happy person, to the point that it is infectious. He is friendly and approachable, and always responsive: he would answer a work message even on a Sunday evening. He is the kind of colleague who makes a team better to be part of.

He brings both real technical ability and a positive presence to the people around him. I recommend him without reservation, and I would be glad to discuss his work in more detail. I can be reached at milos.ozegovic94@gmail.com.
